Liberty Industrial Park Building #2

Located at Diamond Lake in Rogers, MN, the Liberty Industrial Park Warehouse/Office Building (#2) boasts a balance of glass and colored entrances to break up the architectural precast exterior. The structure features 227,000 square feet at 886’x 262’ with 32’ clear height, 54’x40’ column spacing, and a 60’ deep column-free speed bay along with energy-efficient lighting and heating.

The warehouse offers 27 dock doors, two drive-in doors, and clerestory windows for natural lighting. The space needs, building features, and design were a collaborative approach between the developer and the design team to adequately provide for the market’s need for industrial, warehouse, and office space. The Liberty Industrial Park has a master plan to include three buildings on the 55-acre parcel. Clark Engineering, with Edward Farr Architects, has completed two of the three buildings.
